there is a rod of 1m length.....2 masses of 100 gm are attached to its ends..find the MI of the body about the axis perpendicular to its lenght and passin thru centre

please explain how to do it.......answer is not important.......temme how to solve it...

hi
          moment of inertia=m*r^2
    here there  are two bodies       so m=m  m= m and at distances r and r  so mr^2+mr^2=2mr^2
can be concidered as point masses
