Stuck up .
Couldnt distinguish between the answer.

The only way to distinguish between A and C is if Some kinda Power on Preset/Reset ckk or initial o/p/ i/p was provided.

I choose A .. Smile which is incorrect as per Answer Key Laughing Laughing
