I will suggest you the best institute for M.tech. IIIT pune is the right institute for Mtech. They provide...
1. M.Tech. in Advanced Information Technology with specialization in Intelligent Systems & Robotics (MTISR)
2. M.Tech. in Advanced Information Technology with specialization in Intelligent Transportation Systems (MTITS)
3. M.Tech. in Advanced Information Technology with specialization in Satellite Communication & Space Science (MTSCS)
4. M.Tech. in Advanced Information Technology with specialization in Automotive Engineering & e-Manufacturing (MTAE)
5. M.S. in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology ( MSNST)

I am doing MTech from i2it pune and many people still joining and getting placed in mnc with pretty good salaries. I personally feel good to join mtech but it depends on their interest.
